So now that the attack period is over instead of alternating meat / veggie days I've just been eating meat and veggies each day but not tons and tons.
Just weighed myself and 2 weeks after starting I'm down to 83.5kg so I've lost almost 6kg in 2 weeks. Not bad.
We'll see how long I'm able to keep this up but it is a nice feeling to have clothes fit again and although I crave foods I'm not hungry so that's a good thing.
