2010 is a year for change. I've never had the motivation to stick with any diet but this year I'm going to try my best to stick with the Dukan diet and hopefully this blog will help me with that motivation! The inital predictions done on the French Dukan site say that I could get down to my goal weight by the end of April 2010... the challenge is set!
